Naethyn, The A-Ranked Missing Nin

--Face: Naethyn has light brunette hair that is medium length reaching the top of his lip and the sides of his neck. He has very lucid gray eyes that are almost always widely opened. His nose is small but suits his face.

--Torso and Build: Naethyn has a lean build, not too much muscle, but enough to suit him in battle. He has a skinny arms that hang down and are usually in his back pockets. His hands are very lean but have great grip.

--Bottom: His legs are bulk and have a great amount of muscle from him running every morning. He has long but not fat feet.

--Usual Appearance: Naethyn is usually wearing a black long-sleeve tight shirt, that protects his skin from the sun along with purple pants that have many secret compartments. His belt consist of three main pockets, one for shuriken, one for kunai, and one that will fit a summoning scroll, which he doesn't have yet. Naethyn also has a Tokodai (Extra Large) shuriken on his back that is made out of Chakra absorbing metal.

--Introspective on Personality: Naethyn doesn't like being as social as he is, he has a very quick and sharp mind that can observe quite hidden and obscure things. He says things that just come out occasionally and they end up not making any sense. He knows that he does this and can't quite control it as well as he wishes. He tries as hard as he can to pursue being strong. He never quite understands things the first time but after a minute or two of thinking he gets it. Naethyn gives everyone a chance and never really judges a book by it's cover, sure first impressions mean everything but Naethyn doesn't believe in first impressions. Naethyn's personality wouldn't be described as intro/extroverted but an in between.

--Outward Personality: Naethyn will most likely talk to everyone he thinks would be a good partner in combat, or just a great friend. Naethyn has a friendly outward personality and doesn't come across as stickler for being the best or a timid classmate. He wants to be a great Shinobi and he knows that along the lines of a being a great Shinobi one must be social and not live a life of depression and sociopathilogical ideas.

Description: This "A" rank ninjutsu utilizes the Storm Release technique of the Oji clan. The Thunderstorm Ninjutsu uses Water Style to create a storm setup and then uses the Lightning Style to create a Lightning Storm, this can be used as a distraction but has seen being used in hideouts where there is limited room, this way when lightning strikes, even though the caster cannot control it the Lightning has a great chance of striking an opponent.

Description: This "A" rank genjutsu takes the Storm Release: Thunderstorm Jutsu to the next level. The illusions produced in the Thunderstorm Jutsu show the opponent dying a painful death by being struck by lightning multiple times and even by two lightning bolts at once. This genjutsu wears out the opponent and gives the caster an upper hand.

Description: This "A" rank ninjutsu takes the Storm Release and infuses it into a Water Style: Serpent Mouth jutsu, the Serpent now has lightning and water and can give out a harsh, and maybe deadly blow if directly hit. The serpent can be created without a river as long as they are in an area with ground water, the ground water rises to the surface to take the form of the serpent which is then surged with electrical current and is sent to attack the opponent.

Before the Warring Nations: The Oji Clan was just living outside of Konoha, and Misa, The Oji clan like all the clans with their secret techniques were watched carefully by the Mizukage and Hokage. The clan was doing great until the first war had arisen. The Oji Clan was first in mind for the Hokage to use to defeat the Suna, their Thunderstorm could render the Sand Style useless and thus increase the chances of winning for the Hokage and Konoha. The war devastated the area of Konoha and the Clan was almost in Ruins with only about fifteen maybe twenty people left, the clan began to repopulate and grow stronger, develop the Storm Style better.

During the Second Shinobi War: The Oji clan was obliterated. They were the first targeted, the Suna knew how valuable they were to the Hokage and knew that without them the war would change and shift in power. They first went after the ones in the Village Hidden in the Mist, and they were killed with ease. The Konoha Oji Clan Village remained and they were brushed off by a few Sand Ninja and some hired Missing Nin. Only leaving five people with the Storm Release, and Arashigan. Those five were split up to the five different nations.

Five Remaining Ojis: Naethyn, who went to Konoha. Jiya, who went to Misa. Korin, who went to Suna. Deva, who went to the Kumo. Last of all, Raika who went to the Iwa.

Descriptions: Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Descriptions: The "D" ranked form of this ninjutsu is used in the "C" ranked form of the Raikou Shukkou or Lightning Transfer, only. The "C" Rank or "Genin" form of the Ninjutsu is simple manipulation of the Lightning chakra, which builds up in the hand and then takes the form of a lightning, the "Menshoku" or "Discharge" part of the jutsu is regarded with the fact that it discharges from your hand because its Change in Chakra Form is Electrical Current. The "B" rank or "Chuunin" form of this Ninjutsu makes the Lightning more focused and precise, this allows the caster to focus on other tactics while wielding this jutsu. The difference between this and the "C" rank version is the matter of strength and concentration. The "A" rank or "Jounin" version of this jutsu turns the Discharge into a concentrated ball of lightning, or for that matter any shape, in this "A" rank form, the lightning is much more manipulative then it is in the "B" or "C" rank form. This "A" rank ninjutsu allows the Lightning to be charged around the whole body or as some would refer to it as "bending" the lightning this however is a very difficult tactic that not many Shinobi have been able to use, Naethyn is in the midst of learning how to do this with his Thunderstorm Jutsu. **For S-Ranked Nins, or Kages, the "S" rank or "Kage" form of this Ninjutsu, is also known as the Chidori, or Lightning Blade, and is basically able to cut, kill and destroy everything in its wake. The only ones known to master this jutsu well enough to utilize this "Kage" form are: Sasuke Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake of the Sharingan.

Descriptions: The "C" rank or "First" stage of this jutsu is the ability to use the "D" ranked Raikou Menshoku, or Lightning Transfer, and possesses a blade or weapon with lightning. The "B" rank or "Final" form of this ninjutsu is the ability to change the chakra form and channel the Lightning through the body and use it within Taijutsu and such. In the "B" rank form of this ninjutsu you can combine this with water a create an electrical current within water which is highly dangerous.

Descriptions: This jutsu was developed by Naethyn himself, and he has not taught it to anyone. The ability of this jutsu is to place a lightning chakra shield over oneself. The "B" rank or "Chuunin" form of this ninjutsu applies an about one cm thick chakra coating over the body, this chakra has the Raikou Shukkou placed in it which provides for defense in most situations, the downside however, is inability to move while the Raikou Shukkou is in the Chakra, however you can deactivate the Lightning Transfer and still have the chakra coating which allows motion again. The "A" rank or "Complete Armor" stage of this Ninjutsu applies a five cm thick Raikou Shukkou chakra placed over the body, however unlike the "B" rank form, you are able to move even while the Raikou Shukkou is under the chakra.

Name: Ryuuiki Banshou no Jutsu - River Creation Jutsu

Description: The "C" rank or "Stream" stage of this jutsu uses the Water chakra nature to transport water from a nearby source as far as one kilometer away and creates a layer of water on the ground after attacking the enemy, this jutsu doesn't have enough strength as a "C" rank to create a river. The "B" rank form of this jutsu has enough to strength to erode up to about twenty five centimeters into the ground and creates a mini river, stream. During the create of the stream or river, water can be taken from anywhere as far as three kilometers away and water can be taken from the ground water. The "A" rank form of this ninjutsu allows water to be taken away from a source atmost five kilometers away. The water erodes a river up to a meter deep. The "A" rank version of this ninjutsu is used in Naethyn's Mizutamari Houzou Haiden no Jutsu

Description: The "A" rank ninjutsu allows the caster to manipulate the element of water by using the ground water from underneath him or water from a river that is nearby or has been created. The water can be used to try to drown the opponent and takes loads of concentration. This jutsu has a limit to how much water can be controlled, but what this jutsu allows for is even the tiniest bit of water can be stretched out to create something massive. **Naethyn's thunderstorm jutsu allows this to be a very useful technique

Name: Mizutamari Houzou Haiden no Jutsu - Pool of Lightning Jutsu

Description: This jutsu begins with the "A" ranked Ryuuiki Banshou no Jutsu and uses the "A" ranked Issui Soujuu no Jutsu to trap the opponent in the River, then combines the Raikou Shukkou with the River Creation and sends the Lightning through the River into the opponent(s) body and has the ability to paralyze them. ** The "S" rank form of this Secret Technique allows the castor to throw water bombs with the the Issui Soujuu and combine that with the Raikou Shukkou and make a same effect as the Mizutamari Houzou Haiden.

Description: This summoning jutsu has to be signed with blood first, like every summoning contract and allows the signer to use any of the bird summons. These are the main ones Naethyn uses:
Karitetori (Reaper Bird) - Name: Juri - This bird has a fifteen meter wingspan and has many tokodai (extra large) kunais, shuriken for the one aboard Juri to throw down at the enemy
Gaiyoutori - Name: Fero - This bird has a nine meter wingspan and is specifically used for flying out of danger.
Kyomantoris - This a summon that summons Millions of tiny birds as a distraction for Naethyn to get away with.

Infancy and Childhood: Naethyn was born in his mother's midwife's house, the Konoha hospital was down for fixing. The Oji clan was days away from obliteration and no one knew. Naethyn was about three years old when the second shinobi war started. The damage was vast and the clan village was in ruins. Everyone was dead. His tears turned into anger and what Naethyn did to stop the Suna from killing him and the four other clan members still alive was use the Thunderstorm Genjutsu without knowing it. Naethyn woke up a year later in the Konoha hospital, later he finds out about what he did and the coma it induced.

Academy Studenthood: Naethyn vowed that he would make sure his clan didn't die in vain and that he would make sure that as a Oji survivor he would rise to the top of the shinobi world. Naethyn joined the academy around age five and slowly learned how to manipulate chakra and the full tactics and adventures of Shinobihood. Naethyn graduated at the top of his Academy class and was excited to be a Genin.

Genin Adventures: Naethyn was paired up with Team 8, the members in this team was a Surviving Uchiha, a female striving to be another female Hokage and myself. The first mission we went on, Naethyn showed everyone his Raikou Menshoku no Jutsu in which everyone was amazed. The Sharingan could not copy this completely, which made Naethyn proud. Naethyn and Team 8 completed 13 D rank mission. 15 C ranked Mission. and 1 A rank mission. The "A" rank mission was to capture a missing nin they believe to be a low Chuunin and turned out to be a Jounin. The Jounin nearly killed all three of them and the Sensei was trapped in a weird genjutsu but the Uchiha in the group saved them.

Chuunin Adventures: Naethyn was in the chuunin exams early and surpassed the levels of all the scouts. Naethyn was promoted to a high level B Chuunin. He decided to learn the powers of Suiton, the water affinity. Naethyn was loving living in Konoha, but he still missed his family. Naethyn was asked to see the Hokage a few weeks after learning his new affinity. Before he walked in he heard whispers which he made out into the words "We have an Oji, but so does every other Village, ours is strong and we've seen his Thunderstorm jutsu, we dont know if the others know that. We will win for sure in the next Shinobi war." What about peace? Naethyn was ferious. He slammed open the door and threatened to kill the Hokage, but soon afterwords left, his way out he destroyed the building and placed the village under a Thunderstorm Illusion jutsu. He left without ever turning back.

Missing Nin: Later in life, Naethyn found a bingo book on the ground, inside was his page, as a missing ninja with ferocious skills. He was worth a lot of ryo and was ranked "A." His vow was to destroy Konoha, but after banning together with a team. In the bingo book, he found the Akatsuki, which he wanted to find and team up with them.

The night was gloomy, the fog had twisted around the gnarled trees and possessed the night with ease. The situation was becoming tense fast. Naethyn was cornered by three Sannin from other villages. Why have they come here? What have I done? Sannin? But Why?! Naethyn was becoming perplexed at the fact that three sannin who appeared to be from the Village of Lightning had appeared before him to have a battle to the finish. The fog was easing in and soon it would be their advantage. There was one of the Sannin who had jet black hair who said her name was Ikito, she acquired the element of Lightning and the
element of Water, she could finish me easily. The other two were males, one with red hair: Ias, and one with blond hair: Jju. They both are skilled in Combination jutsu, which the only one Naethyn possessed is a summoning one. They move so fast, and in sync! I must use this fog to my advantage. My fire will be of no help, it might clear the fog, my lightning is the only choice, or my Shurikan. The Lightning Nature is more powerful then that Earth style that the combination users have been using. But how could I. The Shuriken! The Lightning Transfer! I must use the fog though, or create a smoke-bomb, do conceal my tracks of using the transfer. But how will I see where they are, Ill sense their chakra! Here it goes.

Meanwhile the fog was setting in, the three Sannins could tell that the other chuunin was planning something threatening. Their mission was too element the Lightning Style Weaponrist of the Leaf, he was the only one, the other was a mere genin who could barely hold his kunais correctly. Ias jumped in the air before the fog could settle in completely and was ready to do a jutsu. Oh no! Another combination, be ready, remember, look for the range and try to avoid it, if you see any weaknesses that you can pinpoint and hit, go for them, even if your nature is weak against theirs. Naethyn thought to himself. The red haired Sannin motioned his partner a no on a combination and began to do an Earth style jutsu. "Earth Style: Rock Avalanche Jutsu!" Ias's voice echoes through the fog and Naethyn realizes this and quickly prepares. "Lightning Style: Hidden Armor Jutsu!" Naethyn's body quickly forms a thick layer of Lightning chakra around his body, this could be paralyzing or defensive. The rocks begin to fall and as the Lightning Chakra touches the rocks the rocks crumble quickly. That was easy... Naethyn quickly realized it was a distraction but didn't have enough time to get out of the attack, "Flying Kick!" The other combination
Sannin sends Naethyn back flying against the trees, Naethyn recovers from falling back but still has damage from the kick. He realizes that the dust from the rocks and the fog have picked up quite nicely. He grabs his Shuriken and places the Lightning Transfer in to it. He runs towards the fog, sensing chakra, he remembers the feeling of Ias's from before the Jutsu. FOUND HIM! Naethyn throws the Shuriken and the wind from the throw circulates the fog, the victim is shown with a huge shuriken in his chest, sadly just hitting a vital spot. The Lightning Chakra seeps in a begins paralysis. "I have broken the combination! Yes!" Naethyn's voice is heard by the remaining Sannin's who remain still. Suddenly the female takes a kunai and directly hitting the other Sannin in another vital spot, the heart. The Sannin dies shortly during what she says "He always got in the way, no one liked him and someone finally killed him. Ha!" Naethyn forgot about her. She knows that I have the Lightning element now, so she will use her Water, which is devistating, my fire won't do much in Water, and my lightning can't hurt her, she might be able to absorb it. How will this work? The Hot Flas...No I am not allowed to use that till I am stronger, it uses practically all my chakra, and I have used some already. If I must I must. But the fact is, there are still two Sannins now, not three.

Jju runs towards Naethyn retrieving a kunai from his pocket and throws it while copying it, creating his "Kunai Rain Jutsu" which Naethyn jumps high to avoid when suddenly he hears: "Earth Style: Jutting Rock Jutsu." The
rock formation that had crumbled a little bit above Naethyn began
jutting out trying to attack him. Naethyn did a hand seal and shouts: "Raiton: Raikou Menshoku no Jutsu!" Out from Naethyn's hand is few Lightning bolts, but when concentrated properly are similar to the Lightning Blade, Naethyn throws one at the rock, exploding it like a firecracker. The peices fall on Jju and he appears to be unconscious.

The one on one with Ikito, no one speaks word, they both knew it would be down to this. Ikito was steadily moving into a more "fighter" position. The battle was about over, she would be killed with Naethyn's superior hidden jutsu, but only if she can't absorb lightning like a pro. Naethyn threw a leftover Discharge at her and she dodge it. It adds to your chakra, to absorb the same element? Why didn't she do that, is she incapable of doing that? Water! That must be her original element. Lightning was learned. Naethyn grins demonically as he touches ground and prepares for his higher ranked jutsu. "This is will put me at the top!...No one can beat this!" No one was really sure what the Hot Flash Jutsu did, people had heard of his creation but never seen it. Naethyn began with the Lightning Discharge Jutsu, the Menshoku was quickly increasing with Chakra leakage, and soon he would release the lightning. With the flick of a Tiger seal, and the last Sannin running towards Naethyn to stop the jutsu, Naethyn released the lightning on area in which they were fighting, he managed to mask his jumping with the lightning and was controlling the lightning from a cliff. The "hot" in Hot Flash had become achieved and the Lightnings became spiraling down uncontrollably with fire wrapped around them, after noticing about eight hits that Ikito took, Naethyn stopped the Jutsu and managed to stay on the cliff after falling. The jutsu would kill his Chakra, and always has a chance of back firing. Naethyn's hand was scorched with fire and lightning marks but not anything lethal. Naethyn passed out after doing a Body Flicker to the village which was less then a kilometer away.

Naethyn woke up a few days later with
replenished Chakra and a note that said "Special Jounin" on it.
